  • Ethical Recruitment Policy We adhere to international ethical recruitment standards. No recruitment fees are charged to workers. All terms and conditions are clearly communicated in a language workers understand. We ensure transparency at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Worker Protection Policy The safety, dignity, and rights of all workers are paramount. We conduct thorough background checks on all employers. We provide comprehensive pre-departure orientation covering rights, responsibilities, and cultural preparation. We maintain ongoing communication with placed workers to ensure their wellbeing.
  • Equal Opportunity Policy We do not discriminate based on gender, age, religion, ethnicity, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. All candidates are assessed based on their qualifications, skills, and suitability for the position.
  • Privacy and Confidentiality Policy All personal information collected from job seekers and employers is handled with strict confidentiality. Data is securely stored and only used for recruitment purposes. Information is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.
  • Compliance Policy We maintain full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Uganda and destination countries. Our license is current and we regularly update our knowledge of labor laws and migration regulations. We cooperate fully with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Quality Assurance Policy We are committed to delivering high-quality services to both job seekers and employers. Regular training is provided to our staff to maintain professional standards. We continuously seek feedback and implement improvements based on client experiences.
  • Grievance Handling Policy We take all complaints and concerns seriously. A clear grievance mechanism is in place for both workers and employers. Complaints are investigated promptly and fairly. We work towards amicable resolutions while protecting the interests of all parties.
  • Health and Safety Policy We ensure that all job placements meet acceptable health and safety standards. Workers are informed of any health risks and provided necessary precautions. We verify that employers provide safe working conditions and appropriate protective equipment where needed.
  • Child Protection Policy We have zero tolerance for child labor. No person under the age of 18 is recruited for employment. All candidates must provide valid proof of age. We report any cases of child exploitation to relevant authorities.
  • Anti-Trafficking Policy We are committed to preventing human trafficking and forced labor. Our recruitment processes include safeguards to identify and prevent trafficking. We work with law enforcement and NGOs to combat trafficking. Any suspected cases are immediately reported to authorities.
