1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rujumba and Family Agency's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide comprehensive recruitment, placement, training, and related services for both job seekers and employers. Our services include but are not limited to: job matching, career counseling, skills assessment, interview preparation, and employment verification.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout their use of our services. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements in relation to your use of our services.

4. Fees and Payments

Our services are completely free for job seekers. For employers and businesses, specific fees may apply as outlined in separate service agreements. All fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to service delivery.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Your data will only be used for the purposes for which it was collected and will be stored securely.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rujumba and Family Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
